  1. because your not using the energy you are putting in… just because its vegetable and fruit it doesnt mean it has no energy!!

This is a horrible idea that the population has on food properties and weight.

Fruit is full of SUGAR… ( most of the fruit juices out there can provide u with all your diary energy with only a few cups)
some vegetables can have substances that induce you to retain water or store energy.

You should go into a normal diet… regular meat/ vegetable and some fruits. and start doing some exercise… doesnt matter how much you dont eat, if you dont exercise… your body WILL store energy.

another thing… not exercising means ur decreasing ur muscle mass, low muscle mass means you dont have muscle to USE energy, that means that your could be full of fat and very little muscle mass. Not having muscle mass causes your body to not need to use up the fat storage, since ur muscle doesnt get stimulated enough. So unless you do some exercise… no matter what you eat, you will gain weight.

  2. Well just doing one thing won’t help. You have to eat healthier, and do some kind of physical excercise. There isn’t one magical answer to lose weight. Just diet and exercise.

Well, too much of a good thing is still too much.

You need to know the calorie count in your juices! Youre basically drinking sugar water with vitamins in it.

Remember to have balanced meals, the fresh juice is great though. Its packed with a lot of great nutrients vital for every day function and weight loss. But if you’re drinking a lot of juice, those calories add up FAST.

Are you working out at all? Are you burning those calories youre ingesting? What else are you eating along with those juices?

Move your feet and eat right, good luck.

    Hey Nikki..

I’m in love with my juicer as well so I feel you on this. However, you want to stay away from juicing fruit unless you intend to blend small amounts of it with the veg juice. Fruit juices carry a very large amount of sugar because you’re taking in so much more of it than you would if you ate the fruit.

Think about it.. one orange is one serving and you get less than 1/2 cup of juice (and the sugar) from the fruit but if you drink the juice, you will be ingesting almost 10 times that amount! Imagine all that sugar just sitting in your body.

Have your fun with your veggie juices.. keep the fruit juices to a minimum and never have a full glass in one sitting.
